The Phantom of the Opera

I have returned from watching said movie, and I must say that it was quite good. Keen, in fact. Some of the songs I didn't much care for, but there were just as many that I quite did. I'm now much more intrigued in seeing it on the actual theater some day, which is apparently much better. Although, I doubt any live show has a Christine anywhere near as scrumptious as Emmy Rossum is... Wowzers. Not only is she severely cute, but girl has some serious pipes on her. I oh so melt over girls with a killer voice.

But anyway, the movie was quite entertaining, and visually it was most magnificent. Although, I think they overdid the nude statues a bit much. I mean, every other scene there was a giant golden boob in the background. Hell, the graveyard even had nude statues in it, which seems a bit distasteful, but whatever. I found it quite good for me that I had no clue how the thing was supposed to end too. I found it all surprising and interesting. Although, I wish the phantom had actually played the organ some. I always envision him as doing that, and I wanted to see it. Ah well. Overall, keen movie, and definitely worth a watch.
