Moving is rough, but it sounds like you made the right call.

I actually just moved my dad from his studio at the assisted living facility he's at, to one on the ground floor with his own patio. It's better for a variety of reasons, but I didn't properly estimate how much that was going to take out of me.

Hopefully you'll get more energy as you now have a place to recover. Be careful on your travels to and from work!
