Went to my final test today. My last test of the semester, which means I'm out for the break, so that's a woohoo, but I think it has yet to sink in. And of course, Dr. I made so completely sure that we left with a bang. *eye roll* I've had three finals all told, and neither of the other two took more than an hour or so, not even the other Dr. I test. But of course, we did for the last test of the semester. It was such a gyp too. We all went in, and were joking around for maybe 15 minutes, and then he hands out the tests.
Guh. Test evil. It looked all cool too. Normally, his tests are like six or seven pages long, front and back, worth 5-10 pts a problem for like 100 pts. This time though, one page, front and back. Turned out, one problem worth 30 points, which took up the whole page, and t'other being 70 pts, and took me three pages. And bear in mind, we had to code two complete programs, on paper, which any self respecting programmer can tell you is nasty beyond belief. Half my paper was a smear of eraser. Ugh. I have to say, it was possibly one of his worse tests ever. But, on the plus side, it only counts as big as any other test, which is to say, quite a bit, and afterwards, we all stuck around to look at everyone's final programs. Our C++ little dealies weren't all that fun to see, but it never fails to make a laugh or two to see the Python animations.
But now I am out for a good near month, and I can focus on all the really important things that I haven't had time for, namely video games. I have some great multiplayer games too, but those are pretty much pointless until a certain someone gets his ass back from stupid Rhode Island. *glares at the errant Russell*
