Now and Later

How is it that sometimes you can watch a show and it's either meh or even terrible and you don't want to watch it again, but later you watch it and it's hilarious? That's happened to me several times, including shows like Bob's Burgers and Arrested Development, and I've absolutely no idea why. Why did I not like it the first time? I get why I didn't get Firefly the first time, since Fox played the Train Job first, and it's definitely one of my least favorite episodes. But otherwise, I don't get it. Hmm.

There's also those shows that I really did enjoy, but never bothered to continue watching. I feel the same way about games too!! I remember getting Metroid Prime for Gamecube when it first came out and I hated it. YEEARS LATER sometime after the Wii was released, I played it again and LOVED IT. I got the whole trilogy.

I keep thinking, but I don't think I've ever had the experience with games. Then again, I haven't had many games that I really disliked. But Metroid was so good, I'm glad you tried it again. I'm trying to remember if that was the one I played for the Wii or not. Either way, I love the Metroid games.
