Aside from a few little things here and there, I absolutely loved the episode, and I must say that pretty much all of that is due to the Clark and Lois stuff.

Clark is becoming more and more Superman with each passing episode it seems. It's just little things really, but really, he's learning to be strong in the right areas, and when to turn to others. Superman is slowly taking over. Just watching his expressions and actions, he's becoming more...I dunno, strong. I never cared one way or the other, but if they ever do make another supes movie, he could definitely do it really well.

As for Lois, well, to repeat what a great many people have said, she's absolutely the perfect Lois. She's got the best aspects of Chloe and Lana, but with more wisdom it seems. As my mom said, she knows how to manipulate Clark for one. She can get him to do things or say things without making him feel badgered or guilty or anything. I'll try to stop before I gush too terribly much, but she has instantly become my number one favorite character, possibly tied with Clark, or maybe it's because she's *with* Clark. I dunno. Either way, she has something both girls have lacked. For one, she doesn't really pry into Clark's life the way the others have. And she's more, intuitive I guess I could say, about what to say or not. I just remember one moment when she was talking and he sort of got this look on his face, and she instantly got it and said something nice. You know, as much as Chloe has cared for Clark, she never really was as in tune with him as Lois seems to be, which is for the best I suppose, as those two should be ending up together. I'll just be sad when she leaves the show.

One thing more I've been thinking of is Lana. My mom noticed it and I think she's absolutely right in saying that it's just really hard watching her and Clark together because they're so awkward for the time being. They haven't really defined things well enough yet, but I'm hoping after a while they'll sort it all out.

And while I've heard varying opinions, I really like the bf. I like the actor and I like his character on the show, and I think he and Lana work well.
