You work past the pain
just to get to some more
while you beg for mercy
and cry to for it to end
but it just keeps coming
and it won't stop coming
and you think you want to die
You sob and you weep
for the silence to end
while the rain falls more
and then you die a little
because it just won't
and you can't make it work
