Okay, how exactly is making my knee worse after every therapy session supposed to help me? I swear, every day after my session, not only is my knee usually louder, but it hurts more too. *sigh*

On the plus side, this be the first day of spring break and I'm definitely looking forward to getting some stuff done, sleep being the biggest on the to do list. Let's see, I can do some serious vegging, get my driver's license on monday (I finally figured I should probably get around to getting one. :p), maybe find time to write fic, and I must get some serious PS2 time in. I rented Xenosaga, and so far I must say that I'd rather it just be one damn long film than with all the boring little crap the game makes you do. Of course, the fights seem to have nice potential, but I've only had like 5 in the first hour or two. They weren't kidding when they said it was mostly cinema scenes. Ah well! :D

I'm also looking forward to maybe getting a few good conversations in with someone, but I always look forward to that anyway. :D

And then he ended another paragraph with a smiley face for no real reason. :p

Okay, so I go to a rather small college in my hometown (about 11,000 students) and classes tend to be small. Not only that, but my major of computer science (math/ CS emphasis, because I like math dammit!) tends to create even smaller classes of between 10-15 students (incidentally, due to budget cuts, we are the last CS majors since they're cutting it out). Anyhoo, the smallness of the classes tends to make us become very familiar with each other, as well as quite playful (we're all big geeks after all). So what happens is that nearly every class, me, bob and sarah all end up near the back of class and joke and prank each other.

I must say, some of the things we've done to each other have been just ridiculous, and with the teacher standing not 15 feet in front of us. One fun item we like to use is shredded paper, or confetti as we call it. I recall a time a week or two ago when both ganged up and dumped a load in my coat hood and both sleeves. I get up and start flailing my arms to make it snow. I think sarah's still finding paper shreds in the inner lining of her coat. One time bob spent an entire class grinding a pencil eraser into my hood, and when I saw it, he scooped it out and dumped it on my head. Of course we got him back later that day with a head completely covered in confetti. Good times, good times. I recommend such goofing off to nearly everyone. :p

The rising light,
shining bright,
brings the shadows into sight.
Blazing glorious flames,
shimmer and glow like crimson,
and in the midst, a radiant splendor
of white, grasping out,
clutching hope,
grasping life.
The embers glow,
and with a blow,
they shake and begin to grow.
The exultant brilliance
flows ever outward,
and as the lustrous inferno rages,
the luminous pyre raises
the dream once more,
and ever again.

Me!
