Must. Scrub. Brain!!

Okay, so UPN was playing James and the Giant Peach today. I caught maybe the last hour of it. Now, I didn't really like this thing the first time I saw it whenever it first came out, but crap on a cracker, this thing sucks so much ass it's not even funny. At the end, I was literally digging my fingers into my scalp in an effort to make it just stop. And don't give me crap about changing the channel, because I forgot how it ended, and just had to know. Now I'm sad because I do. And I know it's a movie for kids, but sweet baby jebus, that was the worst overacting and bad plot I've ever seen. I mean honestly, two women go after a kid with axes, and all the cop does is blow his whistle and make sure people stand back?! Wtf? And then he doesn't even say to take them away until James proves he wasn't lying about the giant bugs and wraps up the old bitties in webbing. I get that there is a bit of overexagerating for the kids' sake, but crikey, I've seen grade school plays with better acting. Criminey.
