Man, that gets me every time. *sniff*

Just finished watching the final episode of Season 5 Buffy. I don't know if it's the music, the heroism of everyone, the touching dub over from Buffy, or what, but that's always the closest a show gets me to crying. *gets all misty-eyed*

In other news, sucky ass school starts on monday. Two of my classes haven't even put up a list of books, which I'm not sure is a good thing or a bad thing, but I'm betting pretty heavily on the latter. Sociology and Philosophy both I think, tend to have books, so that's a tad concerning. Luckily, I'm repressing all thoughts of school heavily, so I'm still good.

I also finally got around to renting Zelda: Wind Waker, and I have to say, it's not bad. I still very much like the older Link of the N64 version, and the wand thingy isn't nearly as cool as the ocarina, but it's not bad. I love the way his eyes go all shifty when he sidles the wall. Good fun.

Do you ever think about tying your shoes?

I mean, think about it. We've all done it since we were itty bitty ones, and so much so that it becomes rote. We tie them without thinking, or often even looking. I mean, it's only looping and pulling, but if you just sit and watch yourself do it, it's still a very interesting process. And if you pay attention while you do it, sometimes you can forget. We become so used to doing it without thinking that when it comes time to think about it, you can't always do it without thinking for a second. Weird.
