There are not words I can say to describe the Passion of the Christ. I want to cry, but cannot. And my mouth does not seem to want to speak. Wow is an understatement. All near the end of the movie, I found myself smiling in joy that he went through all that, for us. For me. By the time it ends, you will be plastered in your seat an unable to move. I can feel his presence in this moment, and it makes me weak. I shall go to bed now.

There really isn't a whole lot that can be said about this movie. It's really one of those things that if you don't see it, you'll never understand. It's moving, and I doubt anyone can really watch this movie and not be changed, if only for a moment. Seeing this is just something else. I don't think there are really adjectives to describe it. I realize I'm being vague, but that's just what it is. I think Orson Scott Card was right when he said at some point you detatch from the blood and violence, and what makes you want to cry is not even the torment that he goes through, it is more than that. The feelings are still lingering with me today, and if I didn't have a lot of homework, I would be reading my Bible all day and praying. There is power in that movie, for which I am very grateful for Mel Gibson for doing this. It needed doing I think.

Me!
