Home again.
Jul. 10th, 2004 03:47 pmMy brother has come home again. He was given a two weeks leave before shipping out to Iraq, so it's good to have him home. Although I must say, it makes for a much more jumpy life with him around. He's the kind of person who enjoys jumping on people and startling them. He's also hands on, so he likes to grab and give titty twisters and the like. It's funny, but people always wonder why I'm such a jumpy person...
The real irony of course, is that I was looking forward to bringing his cd collection with him as I really wanted to burn a copy of Meteora. I copied it last he was here, but it was erased in the reformat. And of course, the one cd he lent to a friend was the only one I really wanted. :P I do so love a good irony. Maybe I'll just break down and buy it, although I was rather hoping to buy either the new Avril cd or Dashboard Confessional, and have not the funds to do both. Although, seeing as it is my birthday in a week, maybe I could just ask for it.
