It is currently 2:30, and I have done a complete load of absolutely nothing. I have yet to get any of the pressing homework I need to do actually done. I suck. On the plus side, I'm about to start reading some of Macbeth for class tomorrow. Of course, that's really the least of my problems, seeing as how I have a probability test tomorrow, a paper for shakespeare to do by monday, and a whole lot of studying for my western civ test next week (which, thank you God, was pushed back to wednesday). I also have two research papers looming in the near future that I really should try working on, but probably won't get to for a little while. It's just one of those big things that seem so big that one never knows where to start, so you don't.

In other news, Easter is fast approaching. I'm not entirely sure why, but it seems to be having a bit more meaning for me this year than most years. Last night, John gave us some specific verses to read every night, and told us to try our hardest to imagine ourselves in the events surrounding easter. He said that if we do this diligently every day, come easter, it will make a big difference. I'm interested in trying it. I like that every time I think of the Resurrection, I so clearly picture that moment in the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe when the girls hear a cracking sound, return to see the stone table cracked, and ask if it's more magic. Aslan responds in his deep booming voice, "Yes! It is more magic!" I can't remember if the voices I hear are from the cartoon or the real life version, but I still absolutely love it. C.S. Lewis so perfectly captured that moment, and I think it really helps me to connect with the real thing.

Me!
