Stupid willpower.

Every time I start reading a decent novel, I am reminded again why I don't read them often anymore. I simply do not have the self-control to go to bed at a decent hour when reading one. I go hours later than normal, and it completely screws with my sleep cycle. I like going to bed at a decent hour, but reading an addictive book is just that. Le sigh.

Also, last night I had a chance to actually go out with some friends to a coffee house. Except it turned out it was closed on Sundays, and my friends had already discovered this fact and gone elsewhere. I got home to find they had called and moved on to Borders. I went there, and discovered that it closed in 5, and they had already gone again. I couldn't get a hold of them after that. Terribly saddening, I must say. Times like that that makes one wish one had a cell phone. Ah well. Always other days.
