Tum te tum tum.
Nov. 9th, 2005 07:48 amNot a terrible lot going on as of late I'm afraid. School stuff mostly. I have two tests in japanese this week, with one done already, and a french test on friday. The french test on friday is actually a relief as it would normally be today. Gives me a day to study a bit. Several actually. There are only three or four more weeks left in this semester, which makes me rather sad. I really quite like this semester. The people in my classes are all really awesome, and this is quite possibly my most fun semester due partly to that fact. French next semester just isn't going to be as fun without my friends in there.
In other news, the cable company went and changed around the channels on us yesterday. There doesn't seem to be much of a purpose to the moving about of things, except now we don't get discovery channel anymore. We also don't get Nick or FX, all of which makes me somewhat sad. I can't watch Mythbusters or Dirty Jobs anymore, and I'm really going to miss a lot of the shows on Nick, especially Avatar. It's just very disconcerting. At least we now get Comedy Central. We also lost out on the Food Network, but got MTV and VH1. Joy. We also got Spike tv, but I'm not really sure what all's on their, except for several different Star Treks and 7 Day. I'm glad about Comedy Central and all I guess, but I'd gladly replace the golf channel with SciFi. My parents are rather sad to lose Animal Planet though. Ah well. C'est la vie.
