You know, they get a whole week off at CSU.

I wish my college would give more than just thursday and friday off for thanksgiving. I mean, I know really that it would probably just add on days like at the end of the semester, but still, I'd rather like more than two days off for thanksgiving. They don't even give us wednesday off, and that's the day everyone has to do their traveling. It's really not very considerate of them. I myself don't have to go anywhere, but a lot of other people do, and it's not fair to them that all the classes are required, and in a very stern letter from the dean or whoever to the teachers no less. I have yet to hear from a teacher who doesn't think we should at least get Wednesday off too, but they can't even cancel classes, as many of them, especially the ones without tenure, can be fired for doing so. It just doesn't seem right.

Not to mention how I have two major tests next week, and a paper. And they say teachers shouldn't be doing any new material or testing on dead week before finals. Tchya right. Ah well.
