Give or bloody take. It took me 17 blasted hours over the course of two days to install Windows XP on my pc. Not to mention a wicked painful cut on my thumb. You wouldn't think that installing software would require so much hardware reorganizing. I must have switched video cards so many times. I don't think the amount of times that I had to hard boot the computer is good for it. I had to install XP so many times... It turns out though, that my current video card cannot be used during the installation process, as it has no drivers, and after one installs using an old card, the card still has an oddity to it. It apparently shows up as two separate cards, which causes windows to hang when loading drivers. I had the same problem when trying to install linux, come to think of it. I just want to sleep now.

Me!
