Getting back into an exercise routine is a bit difficult after a two week vacation. Add to the two weeks some sort of throat and nose bug that I'm not fully recovered from yet, and you have a rather exhausting workout. What should take a half hour is taking a little longer due to the repetitive need to stop to catch my breath; and this is the short workout. Thank goodness I didn't go with the hour long one to start with. *sweats profusely*
