(no subject)

Twas a good Christmas this year. They're always good, really, but this was definitely a pretty keen one. My brother and his family spent the night and we all got up about the same time, like 8-8:30ish. Best of all, I wasn't tired. The one upside to a job, I suppose, getting used to waking up early (everything's relative, of course). It was a lot of fun, and we all got things we quite like. None of us had that one thing we "had to have", so everything was really just pleasantly surprising. I got mostly books, cds, and dvds, but there were a few clothes and other assorted oddments. I also got a decorative katana from my brother, and it really rocks. I'm not sure where I'm going to put it, but it's too cool. I am so amused to have gotten the Stephen Colbert book. It's quite funny.

Anyway, yeah, lots of fun. And later we're going to watch the Simpsons movie, which we haven't seen since it first came out in the theater. Hope everyone else had a good one aussi.
