(no subject)

I've been getting the muse bug something fierce of late, and I don't mean the band (though they do rock). It's really weird; I've been feeling a strong desire to be creative for the past week or two, but without any outlet for said creativity. Normally when I get the all muse-ish, one particular area calls for the creating, be it drawing, writing, what have you, yet this time nothing is really leaping out at me. I usually have the opposite problem - I want to draw or write and nothing comes. This time, I have something creative bubbling, but it won't seem to go by the normal route. How terribly frustrating. The bug is always so short-lived and it would be a shame to waste it. Perhaps I can try priming the pump by writing something, or something. Grr.
