I have finally finished off the sixth season of Buffy and I'm not entirely sure what to do. Although, I have been contemplating going back and watching a few more episodes of various seasons in french. I've watched two or three with the french dubbing on so far (with english subtitles of course), and I find it all quite interesting. I keep wanting to brush up on my french again, and what better way than to immerse myself in the language? All for the sake of learning the language, of course. :P
I'm not entirely without options though. I do have City of Heroes, although one cannot play that too frequently without getting both annoyed and addicted. I also started reading the Lord of the Ring series again, and I'm hoping I'll actually get around to finishing it this time around. I've read the series like two or three times so far, and always ended up quitting like halfway through the last book. Stupid Tolkien was just sooo very long winded and liked to go off on tangents a lot, or so it seems to me. I can't stand all of the little details he has to try and cram into every page, which I find ironically actually decreases my visualizations of things. I find myself so bogged down in stupid and pointless detail that my brain trips a fuse or something, and nothing gets through. All I know is that I want to get through the darn thing so I can finally rest with it. An unfinished story is nearly a crime really. But give me a good old C.S. Lewis book any day. Except for the space trilogy. A bit too much like Tolkien's cramming of things in for my taste.
Hmm, after all this Tolkien bashing, I really should run before a certain someone shows up... *flees*
