I have caught a most unpleasant bug a day or so ago. I believe I discovered the full brunt of its effect last night when it kept waking me up with the pressing need to relieve the bursting pressure in my sinuses. I have not had such an unpleasant sleep for quite a while, and I do not wish to so experience it again. I am very much wishing at the moment I had brought my colloid silver nasal spray, or whatever it is called. Stuff works wicked well, though it always burns a little. I looked at the local health food store, but a new bottle would cost me $12, which I don't really have to spend at the moment, especially when I have a perfectly good bottle of the stuff laying on a shelf at home. Blah.
