I am only so-so when it comes to animé. I've seen most of the major ones, but I've never been huge into it or anything. That said, I think my favorite one to date has to be Hunter X Hunter. I don't even know how I found it the first time, but I've quite enjoyed it. The only annoying part is that it seems that while they have 5 seasons of it in Netflix, they don't seem to actually have all the episodes of the last season. How frustrating is it when you get near the end of a season long arc, only to find there's no conclusion? Gah!

That is SO true! Netflix and Hulu are the same way!
