The family finally got a letter from my brother down in bootcamp yesterday. Said he's pretty busy, but he's having more fun now than when he first got there. Apparently they keep you awake for like the first four days, and he says the drill seargents are crazy, which from him really means something. But now he has a group/platoon/whatever, and he even has a gun, although he's bummed he can't shoot it for like a month. Oddly enough, he specifically mentioned missing me. I think it's code for something... Mom's been writing him a few letters, but I haven't sent him anything yet. I'm going to actually do so, prolly today, but it's going to be a fun letter. I'm writing him a letter in scrawled crayon, like a little kid would do. Maybe I'll draw a stick figure monkey or soldier. I can just imagine his bunk mates asking about his little brother. "I don't have a little brother, this is my older brother." *Snickers*
