Stupid Hastings. I drove all the way down there today to get an exchange or refund or something, as the extras dvd (for which I paid quite a bit more money for) for American Wedding doesn't work, as I said before. I went in, and the lady said that there wasn't anything she could do, but I should come in tomorrow when the manager is in. Apparently the company policy is that if it's been opened, they won't take it back. What I want to know is how the fuck I'm supposed to know if a brand new dvd is going to be faulty if I don't open the f-ing thing up and try to play it. Bastards. I would have happily just taken another copy, but they only had the one set. *grumbles*
