Geeeoooorrrrrbbbbb.
Mar. 8th, 2005 02:34 pmIt needed saying.
Yeesh, finally finished skimming all of the plays for my Shakespeare midterm tomorrow. As I am told, it will consist of a bit of historical information on completely unimportant information, such as his parents were John and Mary and his father worked in the leather business. There's something that'll be relevant in life. The other part is 25 quotes from Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar, Hamlet, and Othello. We have to name the play and the person speaking the part. And there are a hell of a lot of quotes possible from 4 plays and a half dozen people from each one. Granted, a few will be ones we talked about in class, but still. Yeesh.
Now I'm all tired and yawny too. Hopefully something will snap me out of it. Maybe I should break for a little Invader Zim or some SSX3. Tia loaned me the third season of Zim, most of which I hadn't seen before, so that was cool. "I'm full of monkeys!" That show is infinitely quotable.
Um, not much aside from that. Well, there is the fact that we don't expect my grandma to last the week. I'm planning on going down there soon to see her in the hospice, but I don't know if I'll actually see her before she goes. I'm still wary on seeing her or not, but I'd like to go (I feel a little guilty that I don't want to go see her more than I do, but I'm not going to go just because I feel guilty). I was planning on going this last weekend, but then I got sick, so that was right out. I wasn't up to it, and I didn't feel like giving her anything more to deal with. At least they tell me that she's gotten really nice and sweet, almost childlike. Something about how as the body shuts down and dehydrates naturally it releases calming stuff. She's not all mean and paranoid and in pain anymore, so it's a definite plus. If she's still around come saturday or friday, I'm most likely going to see her and such.
Now to remember what other homework I have that I'm forgetting.
