Odds and ends and so on and so forth.

I have an oral presentation for my english class tomorrow. Mine is to be on the fairy tale ashenputtel, which is basically another version of cinderella, but with a magic tree/bird in place of a fairy godmother. I'm a bit nervous about it. Basically I have to give background on it, if it's been made into anything recently, and I have to sort of read/enact the story to the class. I rather hate speaking in front of large groups, and 6 pages of story is enough to make anyone nervous. On the plus side, it'll be done for the rest of the year once it's over, and my being first of all the presentations gives me a little bit of grace. I don't have to live up to anyone else's standards, and the others might cut me a tetch more slack. Or maybe I'll get laughed at a lot. Who knows.

I found $16+ on the ground on my walk across campus today. I picked it up for maybe half a minute. There was no way I could give it back to whoever dropped it, but I didn't need it, so I put it back on the sidewalk. Hopefully someone who needs it will find it.
