Spiders!

It occured to me today, and possibly once before and I've forgotten it, to wonder at our fear of spiders. I would guess that it is probably the number one phobia that people have, and I have to wonder why certain things, such as spiders cause our squeamishness or fear. Ants don't freak most people out. Most bugs people dislike, but their isn't the...passion over spiders that so many people have. I guess I'm just intrigued by this.
