My pastor was right. Every year, about a month or so before Easter, some new crap comes out about Jesus in some lame attempt to discredit him, usually through his resurrection. But man, the things they come up with every year are just sad. I mean, take this new thing by James Cameron. It's a joke and horrifically bad "facts" and science to boot. The name on the ossuary isn't even definitely a "Jesus". The archaeologists who worked on it when it was discovered, twenty-seven years ago, said that the name looked more like another name entirely. Not to mention the fact that neither the "Jesus" ossuary, nor the Mary one, had place of birth, which was common practice for people buried in Jerusalem who were born elsewhere. No Nazareth. No Magdel. Not even a Christ... I have not heard anyone mention that they've actually been able to date these ossuaries from the first century. Jesus (if it was even that name), Mary, and Joseph were all very common names in the society. Well, and there's always the glaringly obvious bit about how he rose from the dead and all... But I suppose that's the part people really don't want to be true.

Me!
