I have chanced upon a line that has come to me in my infinite thinkings, or something to that end, that continues to swim about in mind (meaning it occured to me and now won't unoccure). I feel it to be the perfect opening line for a fic of some sort, or perhaps a pithy comment on some show recap. Already it has proliferated one or two other variations of it, any which I would happily see used.
It goes something along the lines of, "Hers was the face that launched a thousand fanfics", or if one is going more for the alliterative stance, "The face that sent forth a fleet of fan fic." I actually had it phrased better earlier, but such is the state of my short term memory that very few things remain pristine for long within it.
