The coasts suck so much.

So very, very much. I gripe, of course, due to the fact that every time there exists a convention of some sort that is even passingly cool, it is always always always on one of the two coasts, be it east or west. Come on coast people! We middle dwellers of the country need nerd love and nerd joy too! One good comicon or video game con, or even a good sci-fi or Buffy thing. Why should the coasts get all the fun?
