Seriously, every time they play opera in a non-musical movie, someone dies. I never really thought about it until I was watching some movie beginning, and they started playing opera. The second they did, I said to myself, someone's going to die, and darned if not half a minute later 5 people did get shot. Is there some sort of cliché handbook movie people use for things? Like, #341, use opera when someone gets whacked. Perfectly good waste of opera is what it is.
