What I had hoped yesterday to be no more than a bad allergy attack, seems to be actual sickness, which rather blows. Burning back of the throat, in the upper back part, swollen glands, general listlessness, painful stuffed up sinuses in the ears and whatnot. Basically not fun all around, though at least I can still generally function so far.
And in the good news category, I finished reading Empyrion. I haven't been getting much done reading that, so it's good to have it out of the way again. It's been a while since I last read it too. I rediscovered that while there are bits where the writing seems a bit spotty, overall it's still fantastic and quite enjoyable to read. Now I must continue on and read 50 some pages of King Lear. I have to remember to study for shakespeare this weekend too, as there's a midterm test on wednesday. I still don't know why I have to know what Shakespeare's father did, or the date of his birth or death, or anything about Shakespeare really. Most stuff about him is all assumption anyway. Ah well.
