Itchy!

Exclamation point exclamation point. I've been taking allergy shots for several weeks now, twice a week, and haven't had any real reactions before yesterday's shot. I got a little itchy on the point of the shot once, but it wasn't even visible or anything. Yesterday's shot on the other hand... A large, red, painful and itchy area started showing up in the later afternoon and evening on my arm. It extends from about the point of the shot, a little under my armpit, to just about my elbow. I'd say about 6 inches in diameter. It's really annoying. When not touched, it's mostly just itchy, with just a hint of pain, but when touched even lightly can cause a little bit more pain. Exercising this morning was interesting as apparently the allergic reaction spread into the surrounding muscles of the arm, so it hurt just a little bit every time I had to punch. Bah.
