I had a fun and demure birthday this week. We went to pizza hut, watched some Invader Zim while we ate cake, and I got Guitar Hero 2, which is pretty much everything I wanted. We may go see a movie on Sunday too. I'm thinking I want to see Transformers again (I'd watch Die Hard, but I've already seen it twice).
Also, tomorrow is my last day at work. I gave my notice last week that I couldn't work there anymore. I just can't be around and sell porn. It's a very bad thing, and I can't be party to the ruination of lives. It seems melodramatic, I know, but I will not silence my conscience, especially when it comes to something as pernicious as porn.
But between now and tomorrow night, I'm scheduled for more than 12 hours of work, so that's going to be a less fun end of the job. The have me working from 8pm tonight until 1:30am tomorrow morning due to the midnight Harry Potter release. Then I get to go home, then come right back since I'm back on at 11am that same morning, until 7pm. Heck of send-off...
