Stardust Rocks

By that, I mean that the movie Stardust is awesome. I went to see it because it looked interesting and rather fairy tale-ish, and I was not in the least bit let down. I don't even know how to describe it, but this movie has more of an old-school fairy tale feel to it than any movie I can recall ever seeing. It's the same sort of feeling one gets after reading the likes of the Grimm brothers or similar types. It had just the right fit of characters, personality types, and the fairy tale way of being uniquely blended of childlike innocence, naiveté, and brutality. I absolutely loved it.
