I got to talk to Maria yesterday. I went in a good 15 minutes early, and I didn't get the chair right next to her, but I got the next one over, and whoever was sitting in the good chair never showed up, so I had an uninterrupted view and talk with her. I was *this* close to asking her out to coffee again, but I chickened out and decided to ask her on Wednesday. She has a test a week, and I think this week's is today, so it's possible she might be free, although that does nothing for me if she just doesn't want to. She's very nice, and we seem to get along pretty good (apparently we're both the sort of shy non-talkative person type until we get to know someone), but my concern is money. I have enough to do some things with her, which is amazing considering I have no income whatsoever, but she's even more money conscious then I am. I mean, I can completely understand, I'm practically in the same situation as her, but asking her to do something, even if I intend it to be my treat, it may make her be more hesitant about saying yes to anything. Unless I can't talk to her at all, I think I'm still going to try and ask Wednesday, although I really hope it doesn't screw up the niceness I currently have going. Nothing to do but try I suppose. *panics ever so slightly*
